We do not guarantee that a provider will contact you, that a listing is available, or that any provider is licensed, insured, or appropriate for your situation. “Verified” means only that we marked the listing as verified in our records.

You are responsible for checking credentials, contracts, and authority (for example, whether you can hire someone on behalf of an estate) before you proceed.

Providers appear because they were added to the directory, not because we endorse a particular outcome.
